As a residential institution, the Monno Medical College has boys’ hostel in a five-storied building having 77 four seated rooms for students. It also accommodated (1) a common room with a large LCD Television connecting with all available channels; (2) a Gymnasium; (3) A Canteen for breakfasts & inter-meal traditional items; (4) A sepa- rate Dining with lunch and dinner for foreign students; (5) a Dining for lunch and dinner for the Bangladeshi students. The Canteen and the dining are arranged for necessary cooking tools and utensils.

The female Intern Doctors are residing in the Intern Doctors’ Dormitory for the females having a capacity of 50 doctors.
The Doctors’ Dormitory is actually for the junior doctors and faculties working at Monno Medical College and Monno Medical College Hospital having a capacity to accommodate 80 doctors.
It is a five storied building having four units of residential quarters in each of the floors 1st to 4th and 2 residential units in the ground floor. Their is a dinning room and kitchen in the ground floor. The Principal, Vice Principal, Director, Deputy Director, Hostel Super and many other professors are residing in the Professors’ Quarter with families
