Monno Welfare Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Monno Group, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of underserved communities through sustainable development initiatives in health, education, and social welfare. Rooted in a deep commitment to corporate social responsibility, the Foundation operates as a non-profit organization with the goal of creating a lasting positive impact on society.

To uplift the quality of life for disadvantaged populations by providing access to essential services in healthcare, education, and community development.

1. Healthcare Access
   Monno Welfare Foundation actively supports Monno Medical College & Hospital and other health programs aimed at providing free or subsidized medical services to the poor and needy. Special health camps, mobile clinics, vaccination drives, and maternal and child health programs are regularly organized to serve rural and underprivileged populations.

2. Education for All
   The Foundation sponsors educational programs and scholarships for meritorious and underprivileged students. It supports institutions like Monno Medical College, Monno Nursing Institute, and Monno International Schools and College to promote accessible, quality education in rural areas. Additionally, special initiatives are undertaken to encourage female education.

3. Social Development
   From disaster relief efforts to skill development programs, Monno Welfare Foundation engages in a variety of social initiatives to empower communities. Training workshops, vocational education, and women’s empowerment projects aim to build self-reliance and resilience among vulnerable groups.

4. Community Engagement
   We believe in inclusive growth and actively collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs to identify needs and implement impactful programs. Clean water access, sanitation, awareness campaigns, and livelihood support are among the key initiatives undertaken.
