A CME Scientific Seminar on “Transforming Surgical Practice: Five Years of Laparoscopic Excellence” was held today (Monday, 20 October 2025) from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Gallery–04, 4th Floor, Monno Medical College.
The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Md. Ashrafuzzaman, Professor & Head, Department of Surgery, while Prof. Col. Dr. Ershad-Ul-Quadir (Retd.), Department of Surgery, served as the Co-Chairperson. Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Karim, Principal (In-Charge), Monno Medical College, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The scientific presentation was delivered by Dr. Md. Majedul Islam, Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, who shared his extensive experience in laparoscopic procedures. He elaborated on the journey of transforming surgical practice over the past five years, emphasizing advancements in minimally invasive techniques and clinical outcomes.
